This little girl is a 4 month old who was brought in to the shelter after her "family" moved away and left her (and others) outside. She is not sure what this big world is at such a young age, and why she has had so much uncertainty, but we are determined to love her BIG time from now on... and to find her the perfect FOREVER home full of love.
